Matt McGowan is the director and general manager of Snapchat, Canada, the camera company that owns Snap Inc., Spectacles, Toronto-based Bitmoji, and Zenly. He is a partner in the early-stage fund C2 Ventures, which was founded on the belief that early-stage companies need more than capital.
