Congress has struck a deal to replenish the emergency loans available to small business through the CARES Act. The bill infuses more aid into the economy, including  $320 billion into the Paycheck Protection Program, which had run dry. It’s critical relief for small businesses who are struggling to find the resources they need to survive this economic pause.  Where can small business owners turn for help?
