Bryant was a co-founder and the CEO of Nightlight Pediatric Urgent Care for seven years before the company was acquired by Mednax National Medical Group in March 2021. She currently serves as president of Acute Care Pediatrics. Bryant is responsible for the development and growth of the company’s new “total care” strategy, which integrates primary and urgent care. This integrated model will improve the patient experience and wellness outcomes.

During Bryant’s tenure as CEO, Nightlight grew to eight clinics and added telehealth and Covid testing service lines. Building on her many years working for world-class Fortune 100 companies, Bryant's focus is to scale the new “total care” model to make it a national platform that re-imagines the pediatric health care experience. Under Bryant's leadership, Nightlight was recognized and honored for exceptional community service, business leadership, and employment engagement. Nightlight was honored to be the 2020 Houston SBA Minority Business of the Year, and Bryant was named a 2020 Finalist for the Gulf Coast EY Entrepreneur of the Year. Nightlight has the distinction of having made the Inc. 5000 list seven years in a row. The greatest honor Nightlight has earned was being named as a Best Place to Work by the Houston Business Journal.

Bryant is active in several community and professional organizations. A board member for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Houston Business Development Inc. (HBDi), Bryant is an alum of the Leadership Houston, Goldman Sachs 10k Small Business, and EY Winning Women programs.
