I wanted to take a moment to personally congratulate you and your team for making Inc.’s 2023 Best in Business list!

Like the benchmark Inc. 5000, which, as you know, recognizes the fastest-growing companies in America, being named to the Best in Business list is a rare and special honor. Unlike the Inc. 5000, however, Inc.’s Best in Business honorees don’t need to demonstrate record revenue. But they do need something perhaps even more unusual: the foresight, caring, and dedication to prioritize positive impact—impact on their community, on their industry and the environment, and even on society as a whole.

You and your fellow winners—just 215 in all—were selected from thousands of applications in a very competitive editorial judging process. The final list honors companies in every sector, from finance to food, Saas to manufacturing, as well as businesses of every stage, from young startups to private companies that have been fighting the good fight for decades.
