Chef Satterfield will present and autograph copies of his cookbooks, Vegetable Revelations and Root to Leaf, while you enjoy Miller Union’s custom curated vegetable plate—a star of the restaurant’s menu. McCarthy, a certified sommelier will pair select wines from local vineyards that focus on biodynamic and organic practices.
