David O’Connor is a Senior Legal Editor, Law Department, for Practical Law. He joined Practical Law from QVC, Inc., where he was the US General Counsel, focusing on providing legal support for the company’s strategic, commercial, litigation, advertising, intellectual property, and information technology matters. Prior to joining QVC he was senior counsel at LyondellBasell Industries, and before that a partner in the Corporate Restructuring group at Young, Conaway, Stargatt and Taylor, LLP in Wilmington, Delaware.
