  • Step 2: Complete the company audit and employee survey with Quantum Workplace.

Quantum Workplace Company Benefits Audit & Employee Survey Resources

The Best Workplaces honorees are determined by the results of the company benefits audit and employee survey run through Quantum Workplace. After you submit your application to Inc. you’ll need to complete both the company benefits audit and employee survey for your application to be final. You can walk through the survey setup and benefits audit below as well as download a sample of the employee survey and overview report. 

Employee Survey Setup 

To complete your company nomination for Inc.’s Best Workplaces you'll need your employees to take the employee survey through Quantum Workplace. You can view the steps to set up below and review the participation guide here.

Sample Employee Survey 

You can view a sample of the Quantum Workplace employee survey below. The deadline for your employees to complete the survey is March 13, 2026Please remember you’ll need to achieve employee participation based on a percentage size of your organization. This is required in order to reach a 90% confidence level with a margin of error of +/-10%.
